What can you expect to spend for a criminal defense attorney?

The answer depends on a number of factors, including what type of case you are charged with, the complexity of your case and in what what jurisdiction your case is located. It is difficult to determine what your case may cost without a consultation with our office. Many factors may make your case more or less complex than another - and therefore, more or less costly. McPherson Law Office offers a complimentary consultation on all criminal defense matters.

At your consultation we will analyze your case considering a variety of issues, including the facts of the case and the applicable law. We will discuss these issues with you and, to the extent possible, talk about possible outcomes and ramifications.

At your initial meeting, we will also discuss the fees of representation. All fees are determined on a case by case basis. Most typically, fees for legal services are a flat fee (rather than a hourly retainer) and cover the legal work in the case with the exception of trial fees. Your case may or may not involve additional costs, such as expert witness or investigator services. Call or e-mail our office today to schedule a free consultation.
